Royal Coach Sales Financing Promotion

Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: October 2, 2026 through December 31st, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Royal Coach Sales Financing Promotion (“Financing Promotion”). The Financing Promotion provides promotional savings on eligible vehicles when a qualifying purchaser obtains approved financing arranged through Royal Coach Sales and an approved participating lender.

Participation is subject to the eligibility requirements, limitations, and exclusions below.

1. Promotion Period

The Financing Promotion begins October 2, 2026 and is scheduled to end December 31, 2026.

To qualify, the applicable transaction must be fully funded and the vehicle delivered to the purchaser during the promotional period unless Royal Coach Sales expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Royal Coach Sales may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Financing Promotion prospectively at any time, subject to applicable law.

2.Eligible Vehicles

Unless otherwise specifically stated, new and pre-owned vehicles offered for sale by Royal Coach Sales may be eligible for the Financing Promotion.

Eligibility may vary by vehicle, stock number, manufacturer, model, inventory category, transaction, or other applicable circumstance.

All vehicles remain subject to availability and prior sale.

3.Required Financing

To qualify for promotional savings, financing must be arranged through Royal Coach Sales with an approved participating lender.

The purchaser must:

• Finance at least 50% of the applicable vehicle purchase price, and
• Finance a minimum of $15,000.

Both requirements must be satisfied.

Financing obtained independently through a purchaser’s bank, credit union, lender, or other financing source that is not arranged through Royal Coach Sales does not qualify.

4.Credit Approval

All financing is subject to credit approval and lender underwriting requirements.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Interest rate, annual percentage rate (APR), loan term, payment amount, required documentation, down payment, and all other financing terms are determined by the participating lender based on the purchaser’s qualifications and the applicable transaction.

Royal Coach Sales does not guarantee approval, any specific APR, interest rate, loan term, payment amount, or other credit term.

5.Down Payment

A purchaser may make a down payment of up to 50% of the applicable vehicle purchase price, provided that the transaction continues to satisfy the minimum financing requirements described above.

Actual down-payment requirements may vary based on lender underwriting requirements and the purchaser’s qualifications.

6.Trade-Ins

Trade-ins are permitted.

Positive trade equity may affect the amount financed and therefore may affect eligibility for the Financing Promotion.

Because trade values, equity positions, purchase prices, and financing structures vary, transactions involving substantial positive trade equity will be evaluated individually to determine whether the minimum financing requirements are satisfied.

Negative equity may be included in a transaction subject to lender approval.

7.Cash Purchases and Outside Financing

Promotional financing savings are not available to purchasers who:

• Pay cash for the vehicle, or
• Use financing that is not arranged through Royal Coach Sales and an approved participating lender.

A purchaser who does not qualify for or elects not to participate in the Financing Promotion may purchase the applicable vehicle at its retail price, MSRP, or other price specifically quoted by Royal Coach Sales for that transaction.

8.Early Payoff

Royal Coach Sales does not require a purchaser to maintain financing for a specified minimum period or make a specified minimum number of payments in order to receive promotional savings.

Royal Coach Sales does not control a purchaser’s decision to pay off financing after completion of the transaction.

Any payoff requirements, procedures, or other obligations associated with the loan itself are governed by the purchaser’s financing agreement and the applicable lender.

9.Other Promotions and Discounts

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Royal Coach Sales, the Financing Promotion may not be combined with other Royal Coach Sales promotional offers, discounts, incentives, or special pricing programs.

Qualification for the Financing Promotion does not automatically qualify a purchaser for any other promotional offer.

10.Deposits and Vehicle Holds

A deposit or vehicle hold does not lock in promotional pricing or guarantee eligibility for the Financing Promotion.

Submission of a deposit, credit application, financing application, purchase inquiry, or other preliminary transaction document does not complete the transaction or guarantee promotional eligibility.

If delivery occurs after the promotional period has ended, promotional eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the transaction and any written agreement then in effect.

11.Funding and Delivery Requirement

The transaction must be fully funded and the vehicle delivered during the promotional period unless Royal Coach Sales expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Financing approval alone does not constitute completion of the transaction and does not guarantee promotional eligibility.

12.Existing Transactions

The Financing Promotion does not apply retroactively to transactions entered into before October 2, 2026, unless Royal Coach Sales expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Customers with an existing purchase agreement, financing approval, or other pending transaction predating the promotion are not automatically eligible.

13.Government Charges

Applicable title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, taxes, and other government-required charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

Qualifying vehicles may also be subject to the Oregon Vehicle Privilege Tax where applicable. Oregon confirms that privilege/use taxes apply to qualifying recreational vehicles, including applicable travel trailers and fifth wheels. Oregon

14.Dealer Document Processing Fee

Royal Coach Sales charges a $150 document processing fee in connection with applicable vehicle transactions.

Under Oregon law, a dealer may charge a document processing fee for preparing transaction documents, subject to statutory limits, and the purchaser may negotiate the fee as provided by law. Oregon Legislature

The document processing fee is not a government-imposed fee.

15.Oregon Corporate Activity Tax Cost Recovery

Royal Coach Sales separately itemizes a charge equal to 0.57% of the applicable transaction amount to recover costs associated with Oregon’s Corporate Activity Tax (“CAT”), rather than incorporating that expense into vehicle pricing.

Oregon CAT is imposed on Royal Coach Sales as a business expense and is not a sales tax imposed directly on the purchaser.

The applicable CAT cost-recovery charge will be disclosed in the purchaser’s transaction documents.

16.Optional Products and Services

Unless expressly disclosed as part of a separate offer, purchase of optional products or services is not required to qualify for the Financing Promotion.

Optional service contracts, protection products, accessories, insurance products, and other optional products selected by the purchaser are separate from the vehicle price and may affect the total amount financed and monthly payment.

17.Pricing, Vehicle Information and Errors

Royal Coach Sales makes reasonable efforts to ensure that advertised vehicle pricing, descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability, and promotional information are accurate.

Typographical, data-entry, inventory-feed, technical, or publishing errors may occasionally occur.

Royal Coach Sales reserves the right to correct inaccurate information where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or obligation established by applicable law.

18.Third-Party Advertising

Royal Coach Sales vehicles and promotional information may appear on third-party websites and advertising platforms, including RV Trader, Facebook Marketplace, social media, and other services.

Royal Coach Sales makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and consistent information across advertising channels. Third-party platforms may display, format, update, or syndicate information differently.

Customers with questions about current pricing, vehicle availability, or promotional eligibility should contact Royal Coach Sales directly.

These Financing Promotion Terms & Conditions apply regardless of the advertising platform through which a customer encounters an eligible vehicle unless different terms are expressly stated for that specific offer.

19.Vehicle Availability

All vehicles are subject to availability and prior sale.

An advertisement, website listing, inquiry, appointment, financing application, deposit, or other communication does not by itself guarantee that a vehicle remains available for purchase.

20.Final Transaction Terms

Final vehicle price, financing terms, trade-in allowance, optional products, applicable fees, government charges, and other transaction-specific terms will be reflected in the applicable purchase and financing documents.

Executed purchase agreements, retail installment contracts, lender agreements, and other binding transaction documents govern the applicable transaction, subject to applicable law.

21.Eligibility Questions

Because vehicle eligibility, financing qualifications, trade equity, lender requirements, and individual transaction circumstances may vary, customers should confirm eligibility for the Financing Promotion with Royal Coach Sales before completing a purchase.

Oregon Ducks Football Ticket Giveaway — Official Rules

Promotion Period: October 12, 2026 through October 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Sponsor: Royal Coach Sales, 2100 Highway 99N, Eugene, Oregon 97402.

Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the Oregon Ducks vs. Northwestern football game at Autzen Stadium on October 31, 2026. Four (4) tickets will be awarded in total. Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged or substituted by winners.

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Employees of Royal Coach Sales and their immediate family members are not eligible. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter: Participants may enter through official Royal Coach Sales Facebook giveaway posts during the promotion period.

• Like or react to any official giveaway post for one (1) entry.

• Comment on any official giveaway post for one (1) additional entry.

• Maximum of two (2) entries per person across the entire promotion, regardless of the number of posts, reactions, or comments.

• Following the Royal Coach Sales Facebook page and sharing giveaway posts are encouraged but not required and do not provide additional entries.

Winner Selection: Two different winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 28, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on the official Royal Coach Sales Facebook page on October 28, 2026, and must contact Royal Coach Sales through Facebook Messenger within 48 hours to claim their tickets. Winners must verify their eligibility and provide any information necessary for ticket transfer. If a winner cannot be verified or fails to respond within the specified period, an alternate winner may be selected.

Additional Conditions: Royal Coach Sales reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries, verify eligibility, and modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair administration. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and release Facebook and Meta from claims arising from the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
